No experience needed. Learn the fundamentals, lift with confidence.

  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 7:00pm to 8:15pm

  • Duration: 6 weeks (12 sessions)

  • Location: Phenom Gym, [Unit 7 Monahan Rd Business Park, Ballintemple, Cork, T12 V206]

  • Early bird (ends 15 February)

    • €155 per person

    • €290 for two people (buddy deal)

    Normal price: €180 per person or €330 for two.

What you’ll learn

By the end of the 6 weeks, you will be able to walk into the gym and train with a plan, good technique, and confidence.

You will learn:

  • Squat, bench press, deadlift setup and execution

  • Bracing, breathing and safe lifting mechanics

  • How to warm up properly for strength training

  • How to choose training loads and progress week to week

  • Basic accessories to build strength and reduce injury risk

  • Spotting basics, and how to train independently
